Great looking well made product really happy with them

The quality and fit for the Headers were great on the 2014 Ram 1500 5.7. Rating it 4 stars because the Fasteners that came with them were sub par zinc coated instead of stainless steel. Also they did not come with washers, only lock washers that fell into the grooves and would deform while torquing.

Not satisfied, I put it on. I made sure every screw was tied to spec. And it still leaks. I also took it to a shop that only do modifications like manifold air intakes just to make sure everything was put on properly. And it's still leaks

I purchased these headers to stop the hemi tick. My mechanic said they were really nice headers.The only down side was time to install these.He said they were hard to get in and tighten bolts took a long time due to little room. I also had him put a heat blanket on them to protect engine bay.I also had him put a Remflex 6022 gaskets and ARP 440-1101 header bolts.I was told this was the most bullet proof solution to solve the problem for good. Now that it is all done I’m very happy hope this is the final fix.

Overall product quality looks good, especially for price, it fit. Didn’t need to make any modifications. The hardware included seemed odd to me, they weren’t studs or typical looking header bolts. The passenger side normal is the easier side, but due to the tube configuration on the header, you have to start a bolt, and really pay attention to the order sequence of tightening. Also a tube gets in the way of a bolt, and the valve cover so you can only make 1/8 inch turns with a wrench. Installation on the passenger side sucks lol.
