Purchased for a 1995 Chevy K1500 350. Ordered this set specifically to clear spark plugs on Flotek 180cc angle plug heads. In hindsight, I should have used the straight plug heads, but either would work fine with these headers. Used shorter NGK plugs. Didn’t have special plug socket for headers so I had to install plugs first. Opted for the polished to keep from having to strip and paint headers. Worth every penny extra to just unbox and install. Head mounting flange much thicker than I expected compared to cheaper headers. Factory exhaust pipes bolted right up with included hardware and will hold until I can get to a muffler shop to resize exhaust pipes. Very pleased with these headers.
These were about 1/2 to 1/3 the price of the big name brand headers,, And wow.. the build quality is impressive,, very impressive. The header to block flange is incredibly thick and everything is tig welded on both sides. I bought this for a 1997 tahoe 4x4 and don’t expect it to be a direct bolt on, but the quality is definitely there with these headers and well worth it.
