I've worked with 304 Stainless and these are not Stainless steel! Granted I worked with high pressure seamless 304 SS. But I know SS is not magnetic, these headers are. Bolts include in the kit are also not the correct pitch for a Ford 5.0L Coyote. They do seem to fit well though.
